Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager / Tax Director

TAX MANAGER / SENIOR TAX MANAGER / TAX DIRECTOR We are seeking a Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director for a Phoenix-based organization. This is a full-time leadership position overseeing tax planning, compliance, and strategy for the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee tax strategy and planning Manage tax compliance and filing obligations Prepare and review tax returns and documentation Conduct tax research and analysis Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors Lead tax department and mentor team members Ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulations Participate in budgeting and financial planning Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation CPA certification required 7+ years tax experience, with 3+ years in management Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax law Experience with tax software and accounting systems Leadership and strategic planning skills Excellent communication and analytical abilities Compensation Salary: $90,000 – $120,000/year Full benefits package Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Talent Network
