• Must hold active RN license in practicing state.
• Experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• BLS required; LTC certifications highly preferred.

• Clinical Care:
  • Assess resident condition; respond to changes promptly.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.

• Compliance & Documentation:
  • Document care accurately per LTC regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.

• Support & Education:
  • Educate residents and families on care plans and goals.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive resident environment.
