Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

About Our Organization

Like every office we support, our practice is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid dental hygienist license in Nebraska and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where applicable).
• Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• We encourage both new graduates and experienced hygienists to apply!
• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is a plus.
• A commitment to continuous learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
• Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, with arrangements made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
