Pay & Schedule

Competitive base pay + tips + commission
Parttime: 1531 hours/week
Consistent, reliable scheduling
Nights + weekends required

About the Role
Diesel Barbershop Lawrenceville is looking for skilled, upbeat professionals who love mens grooming and thrive in a highenergy shop. If youre passionate about great cuts, great conversations, and great client experiences, youll fit right in.

What Youll Do

Deliver toptier mens cuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves
Give confident consultations and recommend the right services
Keep your station clean, organized, and up to health/safety standards
Stay current on trends, tools, and techniques
Build strong client relationships that keep people coming back
Recommend retail products that support client results
Handle payments accurately and professionally

What Were Looking For

Active PA cosmetology or barber license
Solid experience with mens cutting and styling
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Passion for the industry and a drive to keep learning
Teamoriented mindset with a positive attitude
Comfortable using professional tools safely and effectively
Customerfirst approach with a commitment to exceptional service
