Job Description:

As a Treasury Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will support the daily production, validation, control, and submission processes for U.S. liquidity regulatory reporting, with primary responsibility for FR 2052a reporting and additional support for the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) reporting processes. The analyst will execute daily reporting activities, perform data quality reviews, investigate anomalies, coordinate issue resolution, and support regulatory reporting automation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage daily production activities within strict regulatory deadlines while partnering with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily FR 2052a production, validation, and regulatory submission activities in accordance with established procedures and reporting deadlines.

• Perform detailed variance analysis, reconciliations, and quality reviews to ensure reporting completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Utilize SQL to analyze large datasets, investigate reporting anomalies, and identify root causes of data issues.

• Monitor reporting processes, data feeds, and system interfaces; promptly identify, escalate, and track issues through resolution.

• Support LCR and NSFR reporting processes, including data validation, reconciliations, and reporting controls.

• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Data Management, and Technology teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement reporting enhancements.

• Maintain and enhance reporting procedures, control documentation, governance evidence, and audit support materials.

• Participate in testing, implementation, and production validation of regulatory reporting changes, system upgrades, and new initiatives.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, reduce manual processes, and strengthen operational controls.

• Develop comprehensive business requirements for functional and nonfunctional enhancements supporting liquidity regulatory reporting processes.

• Create and optimize SQL queries to analyze datasets of varying complexity and develop analytical models and automation solutions.

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.

• Communicate issues to the appropriate data owners, and monitor and track them to ensure timely and effective resolution.

• Participate in projects supporting new initiatives, process improvements, and technology implementation and development.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and trend identification

• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create comprehensive business requirements, process documentation, and analytical reports

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables

• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and accountability for high-quality outcomes

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions

• Bachelor's degree required

• Two to five years of related experience within a financial institution

• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting, particularly within banking and broker-dealer businesses

• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex queries

• Experience with liquidity regulatory reporting (FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR)

• Experience with AxiomSL ControllerView

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities

• Adaptability and resilience in uncertain environments with evolving regulatory landscapes

• Hands-on experience implementing automation tools to optimize reporting processes

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting policy

• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams across Finance, Data, and Technology

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
