Federal Work Study - Ivy+ Career Link Support Associate

This work study position will be project based with the location at Elkhart with opportunities in South Bend as well. Although duties will vary, the Ivy+/Workforce team is looking for a student who will performs administrative and office support duties and typical duties of the position. Duties and Responsibilities: • Create Registration Forms for classes, after we sign, scan and download to folders • Create attendance forms • Create Activation Forms for new students • Help on new account activation days • Create requisitions/POs for books, supplies, etc.; create receipts; if manual send to all ap for payment • Create evaluation forms • Download Sales Force contracts (3 per class) into electronic folders / print for hardcopies • End of classes: create spreadsheet of attendance for each class. Shared attendance, print • Create Ivy Tech Certs for each class on cert paper/label with sticker • Copy info or docs to secondary folders (for Apprenticeship tracking) • Help with events (set up/tear down/attendance/etc.) • Complete special projects as assigned General Qualifications: • Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need. • High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Be able to communicate well orally and work well with diverse student populations • Maintain enrollment in eligible courses • Maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status • Student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater. • Projects positive image for Ivy Tech Community College. • Display a professional appearance and demeanor. • Must be dependable, responsible and organized. • Must work cooperatively with others and accept direction from supervisors. • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher). • Must be able to practice confidentiality in all aspects of work. • Must have excellent customer service skills. • Confidentiality must be maintained and followed along with FERPA regulations. • Performs other duties as assigned. Approximate Start Date: June 1, 2026 Last Date of Employment: August 8, 2026 Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Evaluations are performed at the end of each award year.
