WHI Solutions, an eBay company, is an enterprise SaaS technology company powering the automotive parts industry. Our Nexpart platform is the B2B ecommerce marketplace that connects thousands of parts buyers and sellers across North America. Repair shops, dealerships, distributors and manufacturers use it to find, price and order parts, driving over $5 billion in transactions every year. Parts buyers increasingly expect the same easy, multi-vendor buying experience they get in almost every other industry, and Nexpart is built to deliver it. To capture this demand, WHI is building a new Customer Growth & Activation team that brings new parts buyers onto Nexpart, gets them actively ordering, and deepens engagement with the customers we already serve. We are now seeking Customer Growth & Activation Specialist to join our team of Specialists. The ideal candidate has experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer onboarding or customer success, and enjoys a high volume of customer conversations. The candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and able to learn software quickly and explain it simply to repair shops, dealerships and distributors. This person will report to the Supervisor, Customer Growth & Activation. Run outbound prospecting to target repair shops, dealerships and distributors through calls, emails and sequences

• Qualify interest, explain how Nexpart fits each customer's parts-buying workflow, and get them signed up
• Lead onboarding and activation outreach: set up new accounts, connect customers with their suppliers, and guide them to their first orders
• Engage existing customers to re-engage low-activity accounts and introduce features they aren't using
• Execute assigned outreach, onboarding and re-engagement campaigns to plan and on schedule
• Educate customers on Nexpart's core features by phone, video and email
• Capture all customer and outreach data in Salesforce, including activity, contact details, activation status and next steps
• Serve as a 'voice of the customer', sharing feedback and activation blockers with the team, Support and Product
• 1–3 years in inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer onboarding, customer success or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them clearly to customers
• Organized and detail-oriented, with disciplined CRM habits; Salesforce experience preferred
• Experience with automotive parts, repair shops, dealerships, or B2B software preferred
