Role Overview

We are looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience to join our Business Intelligence team as a Junior Tableau Developer. The ideal candidate will assist in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that help drive business decisions. This role is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Visualization, SQL, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Create interactive visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Connect Tableau to multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, and cloud databases.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy across reports.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and dashboards in Tableau.
• Monitor dashboard performance and implement optimization techniques.
• Document reporting processes and dashboard specifications.
• Follow data governance, security, and reporting best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and BI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience or knowledge in Tableau Development or Business Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Public.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Basic understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Git and version control concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
