We are looking for dependable and hardworking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, takes pride in their work, and understands that consistency, teamwork, and reliability are essential to a successful restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain proper food quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Set up and stock assigned stations before service.
• Work efficiently and accurately during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with other kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
• Properly store, label, date, and rotate food products.
• Assist with prep work, restocking, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
• Minimize food waste and use products responsibly.
• Follow proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with coworkers and management.
• Help the kitchen team maintain consistent service and ticket times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or management team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes, directions, and established procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies as needed.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
