Home Care WorkerUniversity Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home care for clients in Plymouth, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities to promote independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.Assist with medication reminders and monitor clients’ health status.Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.Follow care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures.RequirementsPrior experience in home care or a related field preferred.Ability to communicate effectively with clients.Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Plymouth, MI.Ability to pass background checks.Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to client care.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00.Twice a month pay schedule for consistent income.Opportunities for training and professional development.Supportive work environment focused on employee well-being.Flexible scheduling to balance work and personal life.About the CompanyUniversity Home Care Inc is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.
