Quick Facts Location: White Hall, WV Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 6 months Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 - 19:00), varying days and nights Shifts per Month: 12-14 shifts Hours/week: Approximately 36-42 hours Employment Type: Contract Licensure: WV license required (considering IMLC or temporary license) Experience: Minimum 1 year in emergency medicine Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Board Certified in Emergency Medicine DEA: Required EMR: Cerner Facility: Hospital with 10 ED beds, supporting approximately 10,000–12,000 patients annually Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $300.30/hour Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Additional Benefits: Robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated support team, paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You'll Do Provide high-quality emergency care for diverse patient populations of all ages Support staff utilizing APP support in a busy emergency department Conduct initial assessments, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans Manage acute medical situations, including trauma, cardiac, stroke, and other critical cases Coordinate care and communicate with hospital teams for patient management Document patient encounters accurately in Cerner EMR What You Need Required: Board Certification in Emergency Medicine West Virginia state medical license (or eligible via IMLC/temp license) DEA license BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications Minimum 1 year of emergency medicine experience Preferred: Prior experience in a similar hospital setting Ability to handle high patient volumes efficiently About the Assignment Join a reputable hospital in White Hall, West Virginia, delivering essential emergency care in a supportive environment.
