Description We are seeking a qualified applicant for the position of New Jersey Title Supervisor. This position will oversee day‑to‑day title operations, support the review and resolution of title issues, and ensure title‑related tasks are handled accurately, timely, and in compliance with firm, client, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, sound judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. The role requires someone who can balance hands‑on title work with team oversight, problem‑solving, and communication across attorneys, paralegals, management, and outside parties. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the New Jersey foreclosure title team Review, prioritize, and assist with resolving title issues and title curative matters Monitor team workloads to ensure tasks, updates, and deadlines are completed timely Provide guidance, support, and direction to title staff Communicate with attorneys, internal teams, vendors, and outside parties as needed Review file updates, title documents, and related case activity for accuracy Assist with escalated title issues and help identify next steps for resolution Ensure compliance with client requirements, internal procedures, and legal timelines Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting, workflow tracking, and process improvements Support training, coaching, and development of team members Help identify gaps, bottlenecks, or recurring issues within the title process Position Requirements Prior foreclosure, title, or mortgage default experience preferred Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred New Jersey foreclosure/title experience strongly preferred Strong writing, proofreading, customer service, and communication skills Ability to take direction while also working independently and making sound decisions Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Comfortable operating and learning computer programs, case management systems, and web‑based platforms Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Knowledge of the mortgage default industry is a plus Compensation Details The compensation range is $75,000 to $95,000. The actual amount may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits Details Brock & Scott, PLLC offers an attractive benefit package to full‑time employees effective the month following hire. The insurance portion includes medical, dental, voluntary life, voluntary vision, and critical illness coverage at competitive rates. The firm also provides a basic life insurance policy equal to one time your annual salary (minimum $25,000, maximum $200,000) at no cost. Full‑time employees receive paid holidays and accrue paid time off equal to two weeks during a full calendar year. The accrual increases after two years and again after five years of employment.
