Development Director
Women's Recovery Services
Under the leadership of the Executive Director (ED), the Development Director (DD) will spearhead development efforts as WRS continues to grow. A new position in the organization, the DD will have the opportunity to build the development function. The DD is responsible for leading all aspects of fundraising and donor engagement to ensure a diversified and sustainable revenue stream for WRS. This includes strategic oversight of grant management, individual and institutional giving, donor cultivation and stewardship, and special event planning. The Director will collaborate across teams to craft compelling proposals and foster meaningful relationships with funders and donors. This role will advance WRS’s mission by aligning fundraising strategy with organizational goals and community impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr Women's Recovery Services
