This role will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our products.The work environment is demanding, fast-paced,and incredibly exciting.The ideal candidate should be ready to push their limits, as they joinahighly motivated and capableteam.


What You'll Do

• Support development, commissioning, and ramp ofcellmanufacturing equipment, from lab-scale to high-speed automated tools
• Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and maintenance to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Design, fabricate, and deploy fixturesforequipment operation
• Execute process developmentDOE trials.Debug andoptimizeprocesses to reduce cycle times and maximize OEE
• Conduct analytical tests, record and interpret data, andparticipatein supplier and internal FAT/SAT activities
• Collaborate with Manufacturingand ProcessEngineers and suppliers toidentifyissues and drive engineering improvements
• Troubleshoot complex issues using PLC, HMI, and tool management software while supporting operations during extended downtime
• Develop operating procedures, training materials, maintenance routines, and equipment documentation

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on operational and technical experience with mechatronics or electromechanical systems in a highly automated manufacturing environment
• Experience withLi-ioncelldesign,manufacturing, and testing
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, high and low voltage systems, and electrical safety practices
• Proficient in metal working, fabrication tools, hand/power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
• Ability to perform hands-on assembly, disassembly, and inspections with good manual dexterity and ability tolift upto 20 pounds
• Strongproficiencyin MS Word, Excel, and other business systems to manage and interpret technical data
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with availability for domestic and international travel

Expected Compensation $28.80 - $56.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
