What You Will Be Doing Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease. Run the commercial grade dishwasher, including using the sink sprayer, a lever-operated washing unit and a drying station. Manually clean a variety of surfaces, including scrubbing debris off pots and wiping down surfaces. Additional support kitchen staff, as needed. What You Bring To The Table Attention to detail Able to work while standing up for extended periods of time Able to lift up to 50lbs.
