Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a client in Port Jefferson, NY .

Current Case

• Location: Port Jefferson, NY
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
• Hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Pay: $40.0 per hour
• Client Needs: Straight catheter care and skilled nursing services

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
