Home Dialysis Nurse Educator & Case Manager
Fresenius Medical Care
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Home Therapies RN CAP 2 to deliver education and lead home dialysis training in clinic and home settings. You will train patients and partners, assess and educate on treatment options, and coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Team. The role requires an active RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in nephrology or home dialysis.
