HVAC Residential Technician

Fuss Free Progressive Plumbing, LLC is a family‑owned company with a strong reputation for quality service. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Residential Technician to join our growing team and help serve residential customers throughout the Bradenton area. We Offer: $22 - $30 per hour depending on experience. Company truck provided (fuel and expenses covered). Key Duties: Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the AC systems. Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner. Perform routine HVACR service or maintenance activities. Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding service. Qualifications: 5 –10+ years of residential HVAC experience. Must read, write, and speak fluent English. Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record. Valid social security number. Must pass a background check and drug test. EPA Certification is required. Physical/Work Environment Requirements: Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel, and twist. Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
