Customer Service Representative

Kforce is partnering with a well-established, global manufacturing organization to identify a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Simpsonville, SC. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented company known for strong employee retention and a collaborative culture. Essential Functions:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
Coordinate closely with internal teams including sales, operations, and logistics
Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Support continuous improvement efforts in customer experience and processes
2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
