We are seeking an upbeat, agent-focused Agent Growth & Success Manager who is passionate about helping agents succeed and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work every day.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on supporting agents, solving problems, building relationships, and helping increase overall production across the office.

The ideal candidate enjoys serving as a coach, trusted resource, and culture-builder while empowering agents to grow their businesses. Agent Support & Leadership

• Serve as the go-to resource for agent questions and transaction guidance
• Support agents through contracts, negotiations, and transaction-related conversations
• Help agents navigate challenges and identify solutions throughout the client journey
• Coach agents on best practices, communication, and delivering exceptional client experiences
• Foster a positive, solutions-oriented environment across the office

Growth & Productivity

• Support agents in increasing production and improving conversion
• Assist agents with goal setting, business planning, and growth conversations
• Encourage consistent follow-up, pipeline management, and business development habits
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for office growth and agent success

Culture & Development

• Champion a collaborative and encouraging office culture
• Build strong relationships with agents and staff
• Support onboarding and integration of new agents
• Lead or assist with trainings, workshops, and educational initiatives
• Celebrate wins, encourage participation, and create opportunities for engagement and connection
• Provide mentorship and ongoing support to agents at various stages of their careers

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Innovative with "out of the box" solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
