Marketing Insights Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Insights Analyst to support GAF's Residential business by leading end-to-end market research initiatives that drive product, marketing, pricing, and customer experience decisions. This individual will partner directly with business stakeholders to understand research objectives, determine the appropriate methodology, develop questionnaires and discussion guides, execute customer research, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making.

This role will own the full research lifecycle, including survey development, research execution, data analysis, insight generation, and executive-level presentations. Projects may include new product development research, customer satisfaction studies, pricing initiatives, contractor interviews, and other customer-focused research efforts. The ideal candidate will operate as a trusted business partner, helping stakeholders turn customer feedback into meaningful recommendations and actionable business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of Market Research, Consumer Insights, or Customer Insights experience
• 2-3+ years of hands-on Qualtrics survey programming (Quantalope acceptable)
• Experience owning end-to-end research projects from stakeholder intake through final presentation
• Experience building surveys from scratch and creating questionnaires/discussion guides
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research background
• Experience analyzing survey results and presenting insights/recommendations to stakeholders
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with little to no training


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Usertesting.com or similar research platforms
• AI experience supporting research operations
• Building materials, manufacturing, or adjacent industry experience
• Focus group moderation and interview facilitation experience
