Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations, primarily focusing on employee onboarding, hiring documentation, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or HR administrative support and is comfortable managing employee records, coordinating onboarding activities, and handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities Assist with collecting, organizing, and maintaining employee documentation. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork and start dates. Maintain accurate and updated employee records and personnel files. Follow up with candidates and employees regarding missing documentation. Enter and update employee information in HR systems and spreadsheets. Assist with scheduling interviews, orientations, and onboarding activities. Track pending HR requirements and ensure timely completion. Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information. Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, or a related administrative role. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience supporting employee onboarding, hiring documentation, or personnel records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
