Professional Staff Nurse

UPMC is hiring a Professional Staff Nurse for our ICU team. In this role, you will deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients within a leading, mission-driven academic health system. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, continuous monitoring, ventilator and medication management, central line and invasive device care, and accurate EHR documentation. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and engage in ongoing education and professional development to advance critical care practice and patient outcomes.
