A Day in the Life

As a Kiehl's Skincare Expert, you will be the face and heart of our brand in our Chadstone and Melbourne CBD store, reporting to the Store Manager. You'll combine our rich apothecary heritage with cutting-edge skincare science to provide every customer with an exceptional and personalized experience. 

• Deliver Personalized Consultations: You will become a trusted advisor, conducting in-depth skin consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored Kiehl's routines.
• Drive Retail Excellence: You will contribute to achieving the store's sales targets by showcasing products, managing sales transactions, and maintaining our iconic visual merchandising standards.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Embody the Kiehl’s spirit of service, community, and efficacy, building a loyal customer base and sharing your knowledge of our unique formulas and ingredients.
• Collaborate and Grow: You will work closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations, participate in exciting store events, and continuously develop your expertise through training.
