The facility serves eligible participants who are 55 years old or older, live in the designated service area, and meet state requirements for nursing home care. Facility Location The area features diverse outdoor attractions including the Biltmore Estate, The North Carolina Arboretum, and natural landmarks such as waterfalls and the Nantahala Gorge. Visitors can explore underground formations at Linville Caverns, enjoy wildlife tours, and access various hiking and biking opportunities throughout the region's open spaces. Clinician's Workday Provide comprehensive geriatric medicine services Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in a PACE clinic setting. Deliver primary medical care to eligible participants aged 55 and older who meet state requirements for nursing home care. Manage both acute and chronic conditions while coordinating comprehensive medical, health, and social services to support patients living safely in the community.
