You will… Demonstrate your proven track record of leadership development of others, to include field evaluations, addressing coaching opportunities and training Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results Oversee our Technician Ride‑Along Program Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory control to drive efficiency and productivity Ensure that customer expectations are achieved Recognize and develop talent, during recruitment, selection and training across sales, service and customer service staff, including management Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to multi‑task What type of benefits will you receive? Qualifications What do you need to be successful? High School Diploma or equivalent required An associate or bachelor degree in Business Management, Sales, Operations Management, or Finance preferred Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws. What will my work environment be like? Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
