Employment Type Part-time Requirements Dentrix Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of New Jersey. Clinical Excellence: Strong background in periodontal therapy and preventative treatments. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex procedures to patients of all ages. Software: Previous experience with Dentrix is considered a significant advantage. Mindset: A compassionate, reliable professional who values a collaborative team culture. Job Description Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, while maintaining a gentle and patient-focused approach. Diagnostic Support: Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings, identifying potential issues before they escalate. Patient Education: Act as a primary educator for our patients, providing tailored advice on oral hygiene techniques and the link between oral and systemic health. Data Management: Utilize Dentrix to maintain accurate, detailed digital records of patient treatments and progress. Collaborative Care: Work closely with our dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
