Engineering Technician

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Engineering Technician to help provide technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production flow. This role works closely with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve issues, support process improvements, and ensure materials and information move smoothly throughout the plant. Responsibilities Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and minimize disruptions Investigate production challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction Assist with tooling changes, new product introductions, and process improvement activities Collect, compile, and analyze production data to support process control efforts Coordinate communication between shifts and departments to address operational priorities Ensure work areas remain stocked with necessary materials and supplies Support day-to-day operational needs, including material movement, waste removal, productivity updates, and quality-related concerns Work with engineering to understand process deviations and associated risks Required Qualifications: Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Technology, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship #J-18808-Ljbffr CapstoneONE Search
