- Create preliminary and final designs, drawings, and BOMs
- Manage projects and meet key milestones on time
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing, and vendors
- Troubleshoot design/manufacturing issues and lead root-cause solutions
- Support continuous improvement and new product development
- Occasional domestic/international travel
- Strong mechanical design skills
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar) and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to produce accurate, first-time-right designs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook and ERP systems
- Strong customer relations
- Team-oriented mindset
- Solid time-management skills
