Harbor Village is a premier Short‑Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility in New London, CT. We're dedicated to exceptional geriatric care and we're looking for compassionate, reliable RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support CNAs on your unit
- Deliver high‑quality, resident‑centered nursing care
- Administer meds and treatments safely
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
- Perform skilled procedures (wound care, injections, dressing changes, IV care, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team
What You Bring
- ADN required
- Active CT RN or LPN license
- 1–2 years LTC/SNF/geriatric experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and calm under pressure
- Compassion, professionalism, and great communication skills
- PCC experience a plus
