Join Our Team as a Porter / Groundskeeper!

Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming? We're looking for a Porter to help maintain the beauty and curb appeal of our apartment community. Your work will make a lasting first impression on everyone who visits and lives here!

What You'll Do:

Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.
Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred (but not required).
Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
