Job Summary
Looking for a hands-on QA/QC Manager to manage product quality for a growing candle manufacturing operation. The role covers raw material inspection, in-process and finished-product inspections, quality documentation, non-conformance management, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years QA/QC experience in manufacturing
- Quality inspection & testing
- Quality documentation / SOPs
- Non-conformance management
- Corrective action / root-cause analysis
- Experience working on a manufacturing production floor
- Ability to build and maintain quality systems
- Strong communication and documentation xhyhwjd skills
Preferred Skills
- Candle, cosmetics, CPG, fragrance, or similar manufacturing
- SMETA / ISO / quality compliance experience
- Customer or third-party audit experience
- Microsoft 365 – Excel, Word, Teams
