Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Active state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in educational settings, serving diverse student populations from elementary through high school
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, teachers, and other professionals
• Comfort with adapting therapy approaches for students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs

How you’ll make a difference:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in small groups and individual sessions
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs and progress
• Develop, update, and monitor IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state policies
