Metered Utilities Specialist

Are you someone who enjoys research and has a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy math and equations? Are you one who enjoys analyzing data trends and finding anomalies in those trends? Do you enjoy managing projects and building relationships with customers? Essential Functions Core functional knowledge of utility operations and rate schedules Ability to accurately read and interpret utility tariff sheets Foundational understanding of utility billing process and regulatory compliance Manage and complete all facets of assigned projects: define/create requirements specifications, scope of work documents and estimates; develop/deliver projects within established deadline Define, set, and clearly manage expectations with customers and team members.
