Position: Physical Therapist

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Shifts: Days

Pay: Excellent rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

What We’re Looking For :

· Passionate physical therapy provider

· Comfortable working in the SNF setting

· Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment

· Strong leadership and critical thinking skills

· A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care

 

Requirements:

· Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!

· Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

· Current TB test/results

· Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions

· Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes

· Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation
