Grupo empresarial español del sector audiovisual, en fase de crecimiento y consolidación, busca incorporar un/a Director/a de Comunicación, Marca y Posicionamiento de Grupo .
La compañía opera en diferentes áreas de la cadena de valor audiovisual y cuenta con varias marcas y unidades especializadas dentro de un mismo ecosistema. El reto será ordenar, fortalecer y proyectar la comunicación y el posicionamiento del grupo, garantizando coherencia entre marcas, proyectos, canales y audiencias.
Misión
Diseñar y liderar la estrategia global de comunicación, marca y posicionamiento del grupo, reportando directamente a Dirección General / Presidencia.
La posición tendrá un papel clave en la construcción del relato corporativo, la gestión de la reputación, la arquitectura de marcas y la visibilidad externa de la compañía.
Funciones principales
- Definir la estrategia de comunicación corporativa, marca y posicionamiento del grupo.
- Construir y consolidar una narrativa clara, diferencial y coherente.
- Ordenar la arquitectura de marcas y establecer criterios de convivencia entre las distintas unidades.
- Liderar la comunicación corporativa, reputacional e institucional.
- Gestionar la relación con medios, prescriptores, partners y agentes clave del sector.
- Diseñar planes de PR, visibilidad cualitativa y posicionamiento sectorial.
- Acompañar a la alta dirección en mensajes, intervenciones, entrevistas y presencia pública.
- Supervisar contenidos corporativos, materiales institucionales, canales digitales y presencia externa.
- Coordinar equipos internos y colaboradores externos.
- Definir procesos, prioridades, KPIs y estándares de calidad del área.
Perfil buscado
Buscamos una persona con experiencia sólida en comunicación, marca, reputación, PR o posicionamiento estratégico, preferiblemente en entornos vinculados a medios, audiovisual, entretenimiento, cultura, contenidos, creatividad, grupos multimarca o compañías con alta exposición pública.
Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 8-12 años en comunicación, marca, reputación, PR, marketing corporativo o posicionamiento.
- Experiencia en dirección o coordinación de equipos internos y externos.
- Trayectoria en comunicación corporativa, relación con medios y gestión reputacional.
- Capacidad para construir relatos corporativos sólidos y adaptarlos a diferentes públicos.
- Experiencia en arquitectura de marca, gestión de marcas o entornos multimarca.
- Sensibilidad estética, editorial y narrativa.
- Capacidad para trabajar con alta dirección, presidencia o comités ejecutivos.
- Español e inglés alto.
