Position Title: Community Marketing Agent

Reports To: Marketing Manager Work Schedule: 35-hour work week

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Compensation Structure: Paid per tour PLUS BONUS!! Paid Weekly
• Earning Potential: $100,000+ ($6-figure) earning potential
• Fall Promotion: Opportunity to make $30,000 from September through December

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and engaging first impression for potential guests
• Promote vacation experiences and invite qualified individuals and couples to attend sales presentations
• Build interest and excitement through strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pre-qualify guests to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs
• Collect and securely handle guest deposits
• Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations and goals

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma / GED
• No experience required (Paid Training provided)
• 1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, but not required

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Must be energetic and outgoing
• Ability to maintain production standards
• Ability to overcome objections
