## OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction General Laborer to join our team in Troy, MI. As a Construction General Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.## ResponsibilitiesAssist with the setup and cleanup of job sites.Load and unload materials and equipment.Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.Strong work ethic and reliability.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
