As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of Acute Therapies products. Your expertise will drive key phases of product development, from initial feasibility to post‑market surveillance, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and innovative medical solutions. Job Title Senior Systems Engineer Location Plymouth, MN Pay Range $50 an hour on W2. What's the Job? Support the overall technical direction of medical device products throughout their lifecycle, from development to post‑market activities. Understand clinical and user needs, translating them into detailed product requirements and design solutions. Manage product requirements, traceability, risk management, and design history files to ensure compliance and quality standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues, mitigate risks, and drive innovative solutions. Ensure adherence to FDA, ISO, and IEC regulations and standards in all engineering activities. What's Needed? Minimum of three years of experience in medical device systems engineering or related regulated industries. Strong knowledge of electro‑mechanical and software engineering principles. Experience with system modeling languages such as SysML or UML and requirement management tools like DOORS, JIRA, or TrackWise. Proficiency in working with multi‑disciplinary, global teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges. What's in it for me?
