Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 4 shifts per 4-week schedule with weekend rotation, 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• 10-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU specializing in congenital cardiac care
• Advanced technology including ECMO center capabilities with centrimag, prismax, arctic sun, and other specialized equipment
• EMR system: Meditech
• Collaborative environment with board-certified pediatric/congenital heart intensivists and experienced interdisciplinary team
• Partnered with PICU (10 beds) providing additional resources and support during shifts
• Team averages 10 years of nursing experience with high engagement and culture of safety scores

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Colorado (or eligibility for multi-state compact)
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Critical Care experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Preferred: Experience with peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and ECMO bedside care
• Strong organizational, communication, and flexibility skills
