Production Team Lead (1st Shift)

We’re partnering with a well-established food production and processing organization that’s expanding its operations and looking to bring on a Production Team Lead for their 1st shift team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who’s ready to step into a leadership role on the floor—not behind a desk.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and support a team of production operators in a fast-paced environment
• Assign work, monitor output, and keep production flowing efficiently
• Ensure adherence to  safety, quality, and food handling standards
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and escalate when needed
• Train and mentor team members, setting the tone for performance and accountability
• Partner with supervisors to hit daily production goals

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in  food manufacturing, cold storage, or production environments
• Prior experience as a  Lead, Line Lead, or Senior Operator
• Comfortable working in a  hands-on, physically active role
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Someone who takes ownership and can keep a team moving under pressure

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate ($20–$25/hr range )
• Full-time opportunity with room for advancement into  supervisory roles
