SALES MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE

The Sales Manager at Kurtis Chevrolet plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales department and leading the Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets and driving continuous improvement in sales processes. You will collaborate with other managers to enhance the employee and customer experience while promoting the growth of Variable Operations.

• Develop and implement sales processes
• Set objectives for the sales team
• Monitor sales performance, provide reports to the management team
• Coach and motivate sales team
• Foster strong relationships with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and factory programs
• Conduct performance reviews with the sales team
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

• Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• High level of competency in using sales CRM software

• 5 day work week, closed on Sunday
