Administrative Director of Practice Operations

:

Under the general direction of the Vice President, Physician Services and the clinical direction of the Senior Medical Director, Meritus Medical Group, this position will oversee the day to day operations of the physician practices to ensure efficient operations.

Education - Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.

Experience - A minimum of five years experience in a managerial or operational role. Experience with day to day operations (finance, budgeting, HR).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Effective use of diplomacy, tact and judgment with the ability to articulate and translate the complex goals, missions and aspirations of the organization. Patient/customer centered. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated leadership qualities. Ability to manage multiple projects.
