What We're Looking For: * Previous experience in a senior care or healthcare setting (preferred but not required). * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Compassionate, patient, and able to build relationships with residents. * Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
