Our client, a distribution and logistics company in Willis, TX, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forkliftLoad and unload trucks and containersMove materials throughout the warehousePerform inventory counts and stock rotationInspect forklift and report maintenance needsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and protocols Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous sit-down forklift experience required
Valid forklift certification preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when not operating equipment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Team player with a positive attitude
