BrightStar Care of Westfield is seeking an experienced, compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one home health care. This is a per-diem role with no minimum hours requiredperfect for therapists who value flexibility and meaningful patient connections.

$70$85 per visit

Weekly pay + direct deposit

Flexible schedule you set your visits

Travel pay between cases

One-on-one patient care in the comfort of their homes

Work with a Joint Commission accredited agency

Evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, and provide skilled PT treatments

Collaborate with physicians & the Director of Nursing

Teach patients, families, and caregivers safe mobility & exercise techniques

Monitor progress, document outcomes, and support discharge planning

Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active NJ PT license + CPR/BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of PT experience (home health preferred)
