Oversee the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients throughout their life stages, while managing operational matters during your shift. Deliver clinical care as needed based on patient volume. Effectively communicate patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to the relevant leadership. Act as a resource for staff, providing guidance and support.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is necessary.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory, obtained through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Preferred: Two (2) or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Advanced certification in a relevant specialty is a plus.
• Proven clinical competency is essential.
