Part Time Administrative Assistant / Behavior Tech

Overview Reports To: Telos Mental Health Director Time Commitment: 15 hours per week (3 weekdays, 3:00pm-8:00pm) Benefits: Eligible Salary: $17.00 - $18.00/hour Responsibilities Work as an administrative assistant for the Telos Mental Health program Greet all visitors and ensure every visitor signs the visitor log and confidentiality agreement Answer phone calls and emails in a timely, friendly, and professional manner Route incoming mail and packages to correct recipients, and mail and track outgoing packages Take phone messages when needed and ensure intended recipients receive them Maintain filing for all documents in reception area Prepare manuals, folders, binders, and files as needed Order supplies when needed Upload all necessary documents to Document Library File intake documents Field intake and informational calls Other Duties (Tech) Teach daily psycho educational classes to groups of adults and youth Assists therapist in group and class facilitation Helps clients implement therapy skills and life skills Has an ability to empathize, support and assist clients who are dealing with mental and emotional struggles Learn, prepare and teach therapy skills from the DBT framework Attend weekly trainings Qualifications Friendly and positive personality Ability to work well with others and collaborate with each department Professional dress and decorum Proficient communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats Ability to gather and compile information and prepare documents, memos or reports Ability to transcribe, or take detailed notes during important meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr
