The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees the financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and BKC compliance within the restaurant across all shifts. This position is overseen by a District Manager (DM) and directly manages Team Members, Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers. Responsibilities Direct accurate and efficient preparation and sale of products to maximize team/guest satisfaction. Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members, Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers. Assume full responsibility for restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies and following cash control/security procedures. Maintain inventory, manage labor, and apply financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results. Enforce full compliance with local, state and federal, BK Market Policy, employment laws, food safety, BK Security policy, operations, and BK policies and procedures relating to all restaurants activities across shifts. Lead restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting, hiring and retaining effective team talent. Ensure preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with Company standards. Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings, and training. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
