We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Time Merchandise Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing inventory, ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organized. The working hours for this position will be from 7:00pm-12:00am (midnight) Benefits Competitive Pay: $11.00/hr Flexible hours. 3-6 hour shifts between 9a – 9p (Mon-Sat) and 11-7 (Sundays) Opportunities for growth and pay increases---We promote from within! Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ENERGETIC, friendly, and helpful attitude Honest, dependable, self-motivated, and a strong sense of responsibility Friendly and helpful attitude Perform duties with minimal direct supervision after training Desire to learn Responsibilities and Duties Organize merchandise on hangers Place merchandise throughout store based on product size and gender Organize and maintain stockroom and merchandise displays Assist in inventory counts and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. Support the team in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
